Easily customizable user interface layout. Advanced tagging capabilities. Support for ripping Audio CDs as well as transcoding all supported audio formats using the Converter component. Full ReplayGain support. Customizable keyboard shortcuts. Open component architecture allowing third-party developers to extend functionality of the player. You might have to suppress Microsoft SmartScreen warnings about the installer. To do so, click "more info" then "run anyway". This file is safe. System requirements - Windows Operating System Windows 7 or newer. Hardware A x86 (AMD, Intel or compatible) processor with SSE2 instruction set. Any PC made within the last 15 years should be OK. System requirements - MacOS Mac OS 10.13 "High Sierra" or newer. Changes (Windows: v2.1.6 2024-09-19 Prevented all MP4 tag fields prefixed with replaygain_ from being treated as technical information, only actual ReplayGain fields are now such. Fixed ReplayGain scanner attempting to scan Audio CD in multiple threads. Fixed webm audio renamed to .opus being very slow to open. Fixed FLAC files with exotic bit depths incorrectly failing audio MD5 verification. 24-bit rounding issues fixed, performance improved. Fixed nonsensical messages in Converter log when copying non audio files over. No longer drops DLLs for other CPU architectures than the running one when installing components. Mitigated very long tag fields causing playlist view to behave erratically. Changes (MacOS): v2.6.5 2024-09-19 Whole lot of cosmetic fixes, monospaced digit font use, etc backported from latest codebase. Made accept dropping folders to dock. Fixed issues with * and ? characters in filenames. UPnP output preferences fixed edited overrides text not always being saved. Prevented all MP4 tag fields prefixed with replaygain_ from being treated as technical information, only actual ReplayGain fields are now such. Changes (Android): v1.6.1 2024-08-28 Fixed Media Servers page regressions. Fixed dynamic track title reliability regressions since 1.5 series. Fixed album artist not set for albums with multiple album artists, resulting in multiple albums with same names being merged into one. If playing Matroska file with chapters as one track, individual chapter titles are now shown. Internet radio streaming reliability improvements. TV: Fixed longpress crash in some views. TV: Fixed radio station [x] not being accessible with remote d-pad. Fixed missing permission flags resulting in console errors about foreground modes.
